Raising teens again!

Oh boy! Where did I start? Well, first I told the 8 year old granddaughter that my mission right now, my job, is taxi driver. I’m blessed to drive the 17 year old back & forth 4 x a day to 3 different schools for classes & Volleyball & the 19 year old to her job.
I have had many paid jobs since age 12; babysitter, housecleaner, dishwasher at a big restaurant, fast food counter person, produce worker at a grocery store, Customer service at the phone/utility company, day care operator, admin help at a medical non profit etc., and for the past 7 years I am a Wellness Advocate with Doterra.

She asked me what I would do if I had a paid job right now. After a bit of pondering I told her that I’ve always loved photography since 3rd grade as I mentioned yesterday, so I’d be a photographer! I mainly like taking pics of people & scenery.
So, what has been my very favorite job? Being a mom. I don’t get paid big money but the rewards & benefits are out of this world! Being a mom since childhood to my 8 younger siblings, then my 4 kids, 4 step kids, then grandkids, is what I was made to do. I love most aspects of it, from organizing to managing to helping them be creative, ( I’m not super creative.) to taking them on tons of adventures, I’m cut out for this, but when my taxi driving days are over I’ll return to traveling more and documenting it by shooting the memories with my trusty iPhone! ( I gave my camera to an ESL student I taught.)
